Our Poole supply and fit service
Getting stairwell fire doors right in Poole means choosing a certified doorset for each opening and fitting it exactly as tested. That's the whole service: survey, schedule, certified doorset, careful installation and the paperwork to prove it.
Poole is about 4 miles from Bournemouth; we cover both, along with Bournemouth, Christchurch and New Milton.
What the law says in Poole
In Poole, as across England, Approved Document B governs new work and the Fire Safety Order 2005 governs existing premises. Note that Approved Document B is removing the BS 476 fire-resistance test references on 2 September 2029, so specifications are moving to EN classifications such as E30 Sa.
What do stairwell fire doors cost in Poole?
Budget around £850 to £1,400 per single doorset for stairwell fire doors supplied and fitted in Poole, excluding VAT. We price each opening separately so nothing is hidden in a lump sum.
