Timber fire doors in Washwood Heath: questions
Can you fit just one door in Washwood Heath?
Yes — from a single door to a full building. Where possible, small jobs are scheduled alongside other visits in West Midlands.
Will I get certificates for the doors fitted in Washwood Heath?
Every doorset is listed in your handover pack with the manufacturer's certificate reference, plus an installation record and photos.
Do you work for landlords and managing agents in Washwood Heath?
Yes. We can schedule doors flat by flat, send quotes per property and invoice the managing agent or freeholder.
Can a timber fire door be trimmed on site?
Only within the limits the manufacturer's evidence allows, usually a few millimetres. We prefer made-to-measure doorsets so no trimming is needed.
