Our Walsall supply and fit service
For landlords, managing agents, businesses and homeowners in Walsall, we provide timber fire doorsets in paint, laminate and veneer with one fixed quote. A free survey comes first, then a door-by-door schedule, then installation to the manufacturer's instructions and a handover pack for your records.
We cover WS1 and the surrounding area, including Bloxwich. Tell us your postcode and preferred dates and we'll confirm a survey slot.
Regulations for timber fire doors in West Midlands
Because Walsall is in England, the starting point is Approved Document B for the specification and the Fire Safety Order 2005 for ongoing duties. Blocks with a storey above 11 metres also fall under regulation 10 of the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022: communal fire doors checked at least every three months, flat front doors at least every year.
