Timber fire doors in King's Lynn: questions

Can you work around tenants or staff in King's Lynn?

Yes. We phase work in occupied buildings and keep escape routes available. Each door is planned to be removed and replaced the same day; if that isn't possible, the opening is made secure and we tell you in advance.

What does a King's Lynn quote include?

Survey, certified doorset, ironmongery, installation, removal of old doors and a handover pack. VAT is added at the standard rate.

Will I get certificates for the doors fitted in King's Lynn?

Every doorset is listed in your handover pack with the manufacturer's certificate reference, plus an installation record and photos.

Can a timber fire door be trimmed on site?

Only within the limits the manufacturer's evidence allows, usually a few millimetres. We prefer made-to-measure doorsets so no trimming is needed.
