Stairwell fire doors in Barry: how we work
Need stairwell fire doors in Barry? We supply and fit complete certified doorsets across South Glamorgan, starting with a free measure survey in and around CF62. Every quote lists each door, its rating and the manufacturer's certificate reference, so you know exactly what is going in before anything is ordered.
Barry is about 7 miles from Cardiff. Wherever your building is in CF62, we arrange survey and fitting dates around access and occupancy.
Which rules apply in Barry?
In Barry the specification follows Approved Document B as published for Wales, while day-to-day duties to keep fire doors working come from the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. The England-only door-check regulations of 2022 don't apply in Wales, but regular checks remain good practice and are expected by fire risk assessors.
