Our Farnham supply and fit service
Need security fire doors in Farnham? We supply and fit complete certified doorsets across Surrey, starting with a free measure survey in and around GU9. Every quote lists each door, its rating and the manufacturer's certificate reference, so you know exactly what is going in before anything is ordered.
Where possible we combine Farnham surveys with other visits in Surrey, such as Aldershot and Fleet, which helps keep survey dates flexible.
Fire door rules in Farnham
In Farnham, as across England, Approved Document B governs new work and the Fire Safety Order 2005 governs existing premises. Note that Approved Document B is removing the BS 476 fire-resistance test references on 2 September 2029, so specifications are moving to EN classifications such as E30 Sa.
Guide prices in Farnham
Guide prices for security fire doors in Farnham run from about £1,600 to £3,500 per single doorset, supplied and fitted, ex VAT. Size, glazing, finish and ironmongery move the price, and the survey quote is fixed.
We show each door's price separately, so if budget is tight you can phase the work and start with the doors your fire risk assessment prioritises.
Buildings that need security fire doors
Flat entrance doors and IT and comms rooms are among the most common settings for security fire doors, in Farnham as elsewhere.
