Whether your Farnham building needs one replacement fire door or a full programme, we survey, quote each opening with its certificate reference and fit to the manufacturer's instructions.
Whether your building is in central Farnham or on its edges towards Aldershot, survey and fitting dates are arranged around your access needs, with occupied buildings worked in planned phases.
What the law says in Farnham
Because Farnham is in England, the starting point is Approved Document B for the specification and the Fire Safety Order 2005 for ongoing duties. Blocks with a storey above 11 metres also fall under regulation 10 of the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022: communal fire doors checked at least every three months, flat front doors at least every year.
Surrey's commuter towns have many office-to-residential conversions and new apartment schemes, plus independent schools and care homes.

Questions about fire doors in Farnham
Do you cover Farnham?
Yes. We survey, supply and fit fire doors throughout Farnham and the rest of Surrey, including GU9 and nearby Aldershot.
Can you work around tenants or staff in Farnham?
Yes. We phase work in occupied buildings and keep escape routes available. Each door is planned to be removed and replaced the same day; if that isn't possible, the opening is made secure and we tell you in advance.
Can you fit just one door in Farnham?
Yes — from a single door to a full building. Where possible, small jobs are scheduled alongside other visits in Surrey.
Will I get certificates for the doors fitted in Farnham?
Every doorset is listed in your handover pack with the manufacturer's certificate reference, plus an installation record and photos.
