Getting security fire doors fitted in Caterham
We fit fire and security rated doorsets in Caterham and the rest of Surrey. The process is simple: we survey and measure each opening, propose a certified doorset for it, and give you a fixed price. Fitting is booked once the doorsets are made, usually with no door left out of action overnight.
Caterham is about 21 miles from Woking. Wherever your building is in CR3, we arrange survey and fitting dates around access and occupancy.
What the law says in Caterham
In Caterham, as across England, Approved Document B governs new work and the Fire Safety Order 2005 governs existing premises. Note that Approved Document B is removing the BS 476 fire-resistance test references on 2 September 2029, so specifications are moving to EN classifications such as E30 Sa.
Cost of security fire doors in Surrey
Budget around £1,600 to £3,500 per single doorset for security fire doors supplied and fitted in Caterham, excluding VAT. We price each opening separately so nothing is hidden in a lump sum.
If your fire risk assessment lists specific doors, send it with your enquiry and we'll price exactly those openings.
