Our Loughborough supply and fit service
Looking for security fire doors in Loughborough? Our supply and fit service covers LE12 and the surrounding area, including Coalville and Leicester. We quote complete doorsets — leaf, frame, seals, hinges and closer — because that is what the fire certification actually covers.
Loughborough is about 9 miles from Leicester; we cover both, along with Coalville, Leicester and Long Eaton.
What the law says in Loughborough
Fire doors in Loughborough sit under English rules: Approved Document B sets what goes in, the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 covers keeping doors effective in non-domestic premises and shared parts of residential buildings, and the 2022 regulations require regular door checks in residential buildings taller than 11 metres. Higher-risk buildings — 18 metres or seven storeys with two or more homes — also come under the Building Safety Act 2022.
Cost of security fire doors in Leicestershire
