School & Healthcare Fire Doors for Notting Hill buildings
Looking for school fire doors in Notting Hill? Our supply and fit service covers W11 and the surrounding area, including Shepherd's Bush and Willesden. We quote complete doorsets — leaf, frame, seals, hinges and closer — because that is what the fire certification actually covers.
Where possible we combine Notting Hill surveys with other visits in Greater London, such as Shepherd's Bush and Willesden, which helps keep survey dates flexible.
Which rules apply in Notting Hill?
In Notting Hill, as across England, Approved Document B governs new work and the Fire Safety Order 2005 governs existing premises. Note that Approved Document B is removing the BS 476 fire-resistance test references on 2 September 2029, so specifications are moving to EN classifications such as E30 Sa.
School fire doors prices in Notting Hill
Guide prices for school fire doors in Notting Hill run from about £1,100 to £2,400 per doorset, supplied and fitted, ex VAT. Size, glazing, finish and ironmongery move the price, and the survey quote is fixed.
Central and inner London work can cost a little more where parking, loading restrictions or out-of-hours access apply; we show any access costs as a separate line.
The biggest price drivers are leaf size, glazing, finish and ironmongery; upper floors without lifts and restricted parking can also affect fitting cost.
