Flat entrance fire doors in Notting Hill: how we work
Looking for flat entrance fire doors in Notting Hill? Our supply and fit service covers W11 and the surrounding area, including Shepherd's Bush and Willesden. We quote complete doorsets — leaf, frame, seals, hinges and closer — because that is what the fire certification actually covers.
Notting Hill is about 4 miles from London. Wherever your building is in W11, we arrange survey and fitting dates around access and occupancy.
Regulations for flat entrance fire doors in Greater London
Fire doors in Notting Hill sit under English rules: Approved Document B sets what goes in, the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 covers keeping doors effective in non-domestic premises and shared parts of residential buildings, and the 2022 regulations require regular door checks in residential buildings taller than 11 metres. Higher-risk buildings — 18 metres or seven storeys with two or more homes — also come under the Building Safety Act 2022.
Cost of flat entrance fire doors in Greater London
Budget around £1,250 to £2,300 per door for flat entrance fire doors supplied and fitted in Notting Hill, excluding VAT. We price each opening separately so nothing is hidden in a lump sum.
Central and inner London work can cost a little more where parking, loading restrictions or out-of-hours access apply; we show any access costs as a separate line.
If your fire risk assessment lists specific doors, send it with your enquiry and we'll price exactly those openings.
