Riser cupboard fire doors in Sittingbourne: how we work
Fire Rated Doors supplies and fits riser cupboard fire doors in Sittingbourne, Kent. Whether it's a single replacement or every door in a block, we start by surveying the openings and end with a handover pack listing each doorset and its certificate reference.
Whether your building is in central Sittingbourne or on its edges towards Faversham, survey and fitting dates are arranged around your access needs, with occupied buildings worked in planned phases.
Which rules apply in Sittingbourne?
In Sittingbourne, as across England, Approved Document B governs new work and the Fire Safety Order 2005 governs existing premises. Note that Approved Document B is removing the BS 476 fire-resistance test references on 2 September 2029, so specifications are moving to EN classifications such as E30 Sa.
What do riser cupboard fire doors cost in Sittingbourne?
Our guide price for riser cupboard fire doors in Sittingbourne is £550 to £950 per single doorset including fitting, ex VAT. Non-standard sizes, veneers, vision panels and access control push towards the top of the range.
