Which rules do riser cupboard fire doors in Newry need to meet?

Is the survey in Newry free?
Yes. We measure and schedule your doors at no cost and send a fixed, itemised quote.
Do you remove the old doors?
Yes. Removal and disposal of the old door and frame is included when we replace a doorset in Newry.
What rating does a riser door need?
In England, Approved Document B generally asks for at least half the fire resistance of the shaft wall, with a 30-minute minimum — so FD30 is typical, rising to FD60 for 120-minute shafts. Your fire strategy confirms it.
