Glazed fire doors in Frome

Glazed fire doors in Frome: how we work

Looking for glazed fire doors in Frome? Our supply and fit service covers BA11 and the surrounding area, including Trowbridge and Bath. We quote complete doorsets — leaf, frame, seals, hinges and closer — because that is what the fire certification actually covers.

Frome is about 11 miles from Bath; we cover both, along with Trowbridge, Bath and Kingswood.

What the law says in Frome

Because Frome is in England, the starting point is Approved Document B for the specification and the Fire Safety Order 2005 for ongoing duties. Blocks with a storey above 11 metres also fall under regulation 10 of the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022: communal fire doors checked at least every three months, flat front doors at least every year.

Glazed fire doors prices in Frome

Guide prices for glazed fire doors in Frome run from about £950 to £1,700 per single doorset, supplied and fitted, ex VAT. Size, glazing, finish and ironmongery move the price, and the survey quote is fixed.
