Higher-risk buildings — 18 metres or seven storeys with two or more homes — also come under the Building Safety Act 2022.
Glazed fire doors prices in Lower Earley
Budget around £950 to £1,700 per single doorset for glazed fire doors supplied and fitted in Lower Earley, excluding VAT. We price each opening separately so nothing is hidden in a lump sum.
The biggest price drivers are leaf size, glazing, finish and ironmongery; upper floors without lifts and restricted parking can also affect fitting cost.
