They are specified to Approved Document B (England) and your fire risk assessment or fire strategy. We confirm the rating of each door at survey.
Do you work for landlords and managing agents in Barrow-in-Furness?
Yes. We can schedule doors flat by flat, send quotes per property and invoice the managing agent or freeholder.

Yes — from a single door to a full building. Where possible, small jobs are scheduled alongside other visits in Cumbria.
Can I fit my own new front door to my flat?
Only with a doorset that meets the building's fire and smoke requirements, and usually with the freeholder's consent. A non-compliant replacement can put the whole building at risk.
