Certified fire rated glazed screens for Tonbridge
For landlords, managing agents, businesses and homeowners in Tonbridge, we provide fire-rated glazed screens and fanlights with one fixed quote. A free survey comes first, then a door-by-door schedule, then installation to the manufacturer's instructions and a handover pack for your records.
Tonbridge is about 12 miles from Maidstone. Wherever your building is in TN9, we arrange survey and fitting dates around access and occupancy.
Regulations for fire rated glazed screens in Kent
Because Tonbridge is in England, the starting point is Approved Document B for the specification and the Fire Safety Order 2005 for ongoing duties. Blocks with a storey above 11 metres also fall under regulation 10 of the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022: communal fire doors checked at least every three months, flat front doors at least every year.

The biggest price drivers are leaf size, glazing, finish and ironmongery; upper floors without lifts and restricted parking can also affect fitting cost.
