Common questions in Essex
Will I get certificates for the doors fitted in Stanford-le-Hope?
Every doorset is listed in your handover pack with the manufacturer's certificate reference, plus an installation record and photos.
How quickly can you survey in Stanford-le-Hope?
We arrange surveys around your access needs and, where possible, combine Stanford-le-Hope visits with other work in Essex. Tell us your preferred dates when you enquire.
Do you work for landlords and managing agents in Stanford-le-Hope?
Yes. We can schedule doors flat by flat, send quotes per property and invoice the managing agent or freeholder.
Does a fanlight above a fire door need to be fire-rated?
Yes, if it is part of the fire-resisting wall or door assembly. Ordinary glass above a fire door defeats the door.
