Fire door rules in Peterhead
In Peterhead the building standards come from the Scottish Technical Handbooks rather than Approved Document B, and existing non-domestic premises fall under the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005. We specify doorsets against the Scottish requirements and your fire risk assessment.
Fire rated glazed screens prices in Peterhead
Budget around £1,400 to £4,500 per screen for fire rated glazed screens supplied and fitted in Peterhead, excluding VAT. We price each opening separately so nothing is hidden in a lump sum.
The biggest price drivers are leaf size, glazing, finish and ironmongery; upper floors without lifts and restricted parking can also affect fitting cost.
