Need fire rated glazed screens in Aberdeen? We supply and fit complete certified doorsets across Aberdeen & Aberdeenshire, starting with a free measure survey in and around AB11. Aberdeen is one of the main towns we cover in Aberdeen & Aberdeenshire; tell us your dates and we'll arrange a survey.
Which rules apply in Aberdeen?
In Aberdeen the building standards come from the Scottish Technical Handbooks rather than Approved Document B, and existing non-domestic premises fall under the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005. We specify doorsets against the Scottish requirements and your fire risk assessment.
What do fire rated glazed screens cost in Aberdeen?
Guide prices for fire rated glazed screens in Aberdeen run from about £1,400 to £4,500 per screen, supplied and fitted, ex VAT. Size, glazing, finish and ironmongery move the price, and the survey quote is fixed.
Guide prices assume straightforward access; out-of-hours working or difficult access is priced as a separate, visible line.
