Certified fire exit doors for Walsall
We fit fire exit doors with panic hardware in Walsall and the rest of West Midlands. The process is simple: we survey and measure each opening, propose a certified doorset for it, and give you a fixed price. Fitting is booked once the doorsets are made, usually with no door left out of action overnight.
We cover WS1 and the surrounding area, including Bloxwich. Tell us your postcode and preferred dates and we'll confirm a survey slot.

Because Walsall is in England, the starting point is Approved Document B for the specification and the Fire Safety Order 2005 for ongoing duties. Blocks with a storey above 11 metres also fall under regulation 10 of the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022: communal fire doors checked at least every three months, flat front doors at least every year.

Our guide for fire exit doors is £1,200–£2,200 per single doorset fitted, ex VAT. Quotes for Walsall are fixed once we've measured, and include removing and disposing of old doors where they're being replaced.
We show each door's price separately, so if budget is tight you can phase the work and start with the doors your fire risk assessment prioritises.
