Fire exit doors in Penarth

Fire exit doors in Penarth: how we work

If your fire risk assessment in Penarth has flagged doors to replace, we can schedule, quote and fit fire exit doors with panic hardware to match its recommendations. Surveys in CF64 are free and quotes are fixed and itemised.

Penarth is about 3 miles from Cardiff. Wherever your building is in CF64, we arrange survey and fitting dates around access and occupancy.

Which rules apply in Penarth?

In Penarth the specification follows Approved Document B as published for Wales, while day-to-day duties to keep fire doors working come from the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. The England-only door-check regulations of 2022 don't apply in Wales, but regular checks remain good practice and are expected by fire risk assessors.

What do fire exit doors cost in Penarth?

Our guide price for fire exit doors in Penarth is £1,200 to £2,200 per single doorset including fitting, ex VAT. Non-standard sizes, veneers, vision panels and access control push towards the top of the range.

Made-to-measure sizes for older openings, vision panels and upgraded hardware are the usual reasons a door sits towards the top of the range.
