Fire exit doors in Kendal

Fire exit doors in Kendal: how we work

If your fire risk assessment in Kendal has flagged doors to replace, we can schedule, quote and fit fire exit doors with panic hardware to match its recommendations. Surveys in LA9 are free and quotes are fixed and itemised.

Kendal is about 40 miles from Carlisle. Wherever your building is in LA9, we arrange survey and fitting dates around access and occupancy.

Which rules apply in Kendal?

Because Kendal is in England, the starting point is Approved Document B for the specification and the Fire Safety Order 2005 for ongoing duties. Blocks with a storey above 11 metres also fall under regulation 10 of the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022: communal fire doors checked at least every three months, flat front doors at least every year.

Cost of fire exit doors in Cumbria

Expect roughly £1,200–£2,200 per single doorset for fire exit doors, fitted, ex VAT. Your Kendal quote is fixed after survey and itemised door by door.

If your fire risk assessment lists specific doors, send it with your enquiry and we'll price exactly those openings.
