Fire door replacement in Carshalton: how we work

Carshalton is about 10 miles from London. Wherever your building is in SM5, we arrange survey and fitting dates around access and occupancy.
Which rules apply in Carshalton?
In Carshalton, as across England, Approved Document B governs new work and the Fire Safety Order 2005 governs existing premises. Note that Approved Document B is removing the BS 476 fire-resistance test references on 2 September 2029, so specifications are moving to EN classifications such as E30 Sa.
What do fire door replacement cost in Carshalton?
Expect roughly £750–£1,150 per doorset for fire door replacement, fitted, ex VAT. Your Carshalton quote is fixed after survey and itemised door by door.
Central and inner London work can cost a little more where parking, loading restrictions or out-of-hours access apply; we show any access costs as a separate line.
If your fire risk assessment lists specific doors, send it with your enquiry and we'll price exactly those openings.
