Fire door installation in Pontefract: how we work
We fit fire door supply and fit in Pontefract and the rest of West Yorkshire. The process is simple: we survey and measure each opening, propose a certified doorset for it, and give you a fixed price. Fitting is booked once the doorsets are made, usually with no door left out of action overnight.
Our West Yorkshire coverage includes Pontefract and its neighbours Castleford, Wakefield and Lofthouse; tell us your postcode and preferred dates and we'll confirm a survey slot.

Because Pontefract is in England, the starting point is Approved Document B for the specification and the Fire Safety Order 2005 for ongoing duties. Blocks with a storey above 11 metres also fall under regulation 10 of the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022: communal fire doors checked at least every three months, flat front doors at least every year.
