We fit fire door supply and fit in Bentley and the rest of South Yorkshire. The process is simple: we survey and measure each opening, propose a certified doorset for it, and give you a fixed price. Fitting is booked once the doorsets are made, usually with no door left out of action overnight.
Our South Yorkshire coverage includes Bentley and its neighbours Doncaster, Rotherham and Pontefract; tell us your postcode and preferred dates and we'll confirm a survey slot.
Which rules apply in Bentley?
Fire doors in Bentley sit under English rules: Approved Document B sets what goes in, the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 covers keeping doors effective in non-domestic premises and shared parts of residential buildings, and the 2022 regulations require regular door checks in residential buildings taller than 11 metres. Higher-risk buildings — 18 metres or seven storeys with two or more homes — also come under the Building Safety Act 2022.
What do fire door installation cost in Bentley?
Budget around £750 to £1,150 per FD30 doorset for fire door installation supplied and fitted in Bentley, excluding VAT. We price each opening separately so nothing is hidden in a lump sum.
Guide prices assume straightforward access; out-of-hours working or difficult access is priced as a separate, visible line.
