FD60 fire doors in Morley: how we work
We fit FD60 doorsets for compartment walls, cores and plant rooms in Morley and the rest of West Yorkshire. The process is simple: we survey and measure each opening, propose a certified doorset for it, and give you a fixed price. Fitting is booked once the doorsets are made, usually with no door left out of action overnight.
We cover LS27 and the surrounding area, including Batley. Tell us your postcode and preferred dates and we'll confirm a survey slot.
Regulations for FD60 fire doors in West Yorkshire
In Morley, as across England, Approved Document B governs new work and the Fire Safety Order 2005 governs existing premises. Note that Approved Document B is removing the BS 476 fire-resistance test references on 2 September 2029, so specifications are moving to EN classifications such as E30 Sa.
FD60 fire doors prices in Morley
Budget around £1,050 to £1,650 per single doorset for FD60 fire doors supplied and fitted in Morley, excluding VAT. We price each opening separately so nothing is hidden in a lump sum.
The biggest price drivers are leaf size, glazing, finish and ironmongery; upper floors without lifts and restricted parking can also affect fitting cost.
