FD30S fire doors in Kidderminster: questions
Can you fit just one door in Kidderminster?
Yes — from a single door to a full building. Where possible, small jobs are scheduled alongside other visits in Worcestershire.
Will I get certificates for the doors fitted in Kidderminster?
Every doorset is listed in your handover pack with the manufacturer's certificate reference, plus an installation record and photos.
Can you work around tenants or staff in Kidderminster?
Yes. We phase work in occupied buildings and keep escape routes available. Each door is planned to be removed and replaced the same day; if that isn't possible, the opening is made secure and we tell you in advance.
What is the difference between FD30 and FD30S?
Both resist fire for 30 minutes. FD30S also has tested smoke seals that limit cold smoke passing around the leaf before the intumescent strip activates.
