We cover Burnham-on-Sea and nearby Weston-super-Mare for FD30S fire doors, with surveys booked around your building's access and occupancy. Each door is quoted individually, so you can see what every opening costs and why.
Burnham-on-Sea is about 29 miles from Bath; we cover both, along with Weston-super-Mare, Bridgwater and Clevedon.
Regulations for FD30S fire doors in Somerset
Because Burnham-on-Sea is in England, the starting point is Approved Document B for the specification and the Fire Safety Order 2005 for ongoing duties. Blocks with a storey above 11 metres also fall under regulation 10 of the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022: communal fire doors checked at least every three months, flat front doors at least every year.
Cost of FD30S fire doors in Somerset
Budget around £800 to £1,250 per single doorset for FD30S fire doors supplied and fitted in Burnham-on-Sea, excluding VAT. We price each opening separately so nothing is hidden in a lump sum.
If your fire risk assessment lists specific doors, send it with your enquiry and we'll price exactly those openings.
