Certified FD30S fire doors for Newark-on-Trent
Need FD30S fire doors in Newark-on-Trent? We supply and fit complete certified doorsets across Nottinghamshire, starting with a free measure survey in and around NG24. Every quote lists each door, its rating and the manufacturer's certificate reference, so you know exactly what is going in before anything is ordered.
Where possible we combine Newark-on-Trent surveys with other visits in Nottinghamshire, such as Grantham and Arnold, which helps keep survey dates flexible.

Questions about FD30S fire doors in Newark-on-Trent
What does a Newark-on-Trent quote include?
Survey, certified doorset, ironmongery, installation, removal of old doors and a handover pack. VAT is added at the standard rate.
Will I get certificates for the doors fitted in Newark-on-Trent?
Every doorset is listed in your handover pack with the manufacturer's certificate reference, plus an installation record and photos.
Do you work for landlords and managing agents in Newark-on-Trent?
Yes. We can schedule doors flat by flat, send quotes per property and invoice the managing agent or freeholder.
Do smoke seals stop the door closing?
They shouldn't. A properly hung FD30S door closes and latches under its closer. If seals are crushed or the door binds, it needs adjusting — a door that fails to latch is a failed fire door.
