FD30S fire doors in Shepherd's Bush: how we work
Fire Rated Doors supplies and fits FD30S fire doors in Shepherd's Bush, Greater London. Whether it's a single replacement or every door in a block, we start by surveying the openings and end with a handover pack listing each doorset and its certificate reference.
Where possible we combine Shepherd's Bush surveys with other visits in Greater London, such as Notting Hill and Chiswick, which helps keep survey dates flexible.
Regulations for FD30S fire doors in Greater London
New and replacement fire doors in Shepherd's Bush are specified under the Building Regulations 2010 and Approved Document B. In workplaces and the common parts of blocks of flats, the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 makes the responsible person keep fire doors in working order, and in residential buildings with a storey above 11 metres regulation 10 of the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022 adds quarterly checks of communal doors and annual checks of flat entrance doors.

Do you cover Shepherd's Bush?
Yes. We survey, supply and fit FD30S fire doors throughout Shepherd's Bush and the rest of Greater London, including W12 and nearby Notting Hill.

Yes. We phase work in occupied buildings and keep escape routes available. Each door is planned to be removed and replaced the same day; if that isn't possible, the opening is made secure and we tell you in advance.
