FD30 fire doors in Bideford | Supplied & Fitted

FD30 fire doors in Bideford: how we work

We fit FD30 doorsets for flats, offices, HMOs and corridors in Bideford and the rest of Devon. The process is simple: we survey and measure each opening, propose a certified doorset for it, and give you a fixed price. Fitting is booked once the doorsets are made, usually with no door left out of action overnight.

We cover EX39 and the surrounding area, including Barnstaple. Tell us your postcode and preferred dates and we'll confirm a survey slot.

Which rules apply in Bideford?

Fire doors in Bideford sit under English rules: Approved Document B sets what goes in, the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 covers keeping doors effective in non-domestic premises and shared parts of residential buildings, and the 2022 regulations require regular door checks in residential buildings taller than 11 metres. Higher-risk buildings — 18 metres or seven storeys with two or more homes — also come under the Building Safety Act 2022.

What do FD30 fire doors cost in Bideford?

Do you cover Bideford?

Yes. We survey, supply and fit FD30 fire doors throughout Bideford and the rest of Devon, including EX39 and nearby Barnstaple.

Is the survey in Bideford free?
