Composite Fire Doors for Cardiff buildings
If your fire risk assessment in Cardiff has flagged doors to replace, we can schedule, quote and fit certified composite fire doors to match its recommendations. Surveys in CF10 are free and quotes are fixed and itemised.
Surveys in Cardiff are booked around your access needs, and we cover the wider South Glamorgan area too.
What the law says in Cardiff
In Cardiff the specification follows Approved Document B as published for Wales, while day-to-day duties to keep fire doors working come from the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. The England-only door-check regulations of 2022 don't apply in Wales, but regular checks remain good practice and are expected by fire risk assessors.
Guide prices in Cardiff
Our guide for composite fire doors is £1,200–£2,200 per door fitted, ex VAT. Quotes for Cardiff are fixed once we've measured, and include removing and disposing of old doors where they're being replaced.
If your fire risk assessment lists specific doors, send it with your enquiry and we'll price exactly those openings.
Buildings that need composite fire doors
External doors to communal stairs and low-maintenance replacements are among the most common settings for composite fire doors, in Cardiff as elsewhere.
