Composite Fire Doors for Colchester buildings
For landlords, managing agents, businesses and homeowners in Colchester, we provide certified composite fire doors with one fixed quote. A free survey comes first, then a door-by-door schedule, then installation to the manufacturer's instructions and a handover pack for your records.
We cover CO1 and the surrounding area, including Sudbury. Tell us your postcode and preferred dates and we'll confirm a survey slot.
Fire door rules in Colchester
In Colchester, as across England, Approved Document B governs new work and the Fire Safety Order 2005 governs existing premises. Note that Approved Document B is removing the BS 476 fire-resistance test references on 2 September 2029, so specifications are moving to EN classifications such as E30 Sa.
