For landlords, managing agents, businesses and homeowners in Macclesfield, we provide certified composite fire doors with one fixed quote. A free survey comes first, then a door-by-door schedule, then installation to the manufacturer's instructions and a handover pack for your records.
Whether your building is in central Macclesfield or on its edges towards Wilmslow, survey and fitting dates are arranged around your access needs, with occupied buildings worked in planned phases.
Which rules apply in Macclesfield?
Because Macclesfield is in England, the starting point is Approved Document B for the specification and the Fire Safety Order 2005 for ongoing duties. Blocks with a storey above 11 metres also fall under regulation 10 of the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022: communal fire doors checked at least every three months, flat front doors at least every year.
What do composite fire doors cost in Macclesfield?
Expect roughly £1,200–£2,200 per door for composite fire doors, fitted, ex VAT. Your Macclesfield quote is fixed after survey and itemised door by door.
If your fire risk assessment lists specific doors, send it with your enquiry and we'll price exactly those openings.
