Commercial fire doors in Neath

Commercial fire doors in Neath: how we work

We cover Neath and nearby Briton Ferry for commercial fire doors, with surveys booked around your building's access and occupancy. Each door is quoted individually, so you can see what every opening costs and why.

Neath is about 7 miles from Swansea. Wherever your building is in SA10, we arrange survey and fitting dates around access and occupancy.

Which rules apply in Neath?

In Neath the specification follows Approved Document B as published for Wales, while day-to-day duties to keep fire doors working come from the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. The England-only door-check regulations of 2022 don't apply in Wales, but regular checks remain good practice and are expected by fire risk assessors.
