They are specified to Approved Document B (England) and your fire risk assessment or fire strategy. We confirm the rating of each door at survey.
Can you work around tenants or staff in Kirkby-in-Ashfield?
Yes. We phase work in occupied buildings and keep escape routes available. Each door is planned to be removed and replaced the same day; if that isn't possible, the opening is made secure and we tell you in advance.
How quickly can you survey in Kirkby-in-Ashfield?
We arrange surveys around your access needs and, where possible, combine Kirkby-in-Ashfield visits with other work in Nottinghamshire. Tell us your preferred dates when you enquire.
Can I add access control to my fire doors?
Yes, using hardware covered by the doorset's evidence. Retro-fitting untested components can void certification.
