Our Newquay supply and fit service
Looking for commercial fire doors in Newquay? Our supply and fit service covers TR7 and the surrounding area, including Truro and St Austell. We quote complete doorsets — leaf, frame, seals, hinges and closer — because that is what the fire certification actually covers.
Where possible we combine Newquay surveys with other visits in Cornwall, such as Truro and St Austell, which helps keep survey dates flexible.
What the law says in Newquay
In Newquay, as across England, Approved Document B governs new work and the Fire Safety Order 2005 governs existing premises. Note that Approved Document B is removing the BS 476 fire-resistance test references on 2 September 2029, so specifications are moving to EN classifications such as E30 Sa.
Guide prices in Newquay
Our guide for commercial fire doors is £850–£1,500 per single doorset fitted, ex VAT. Quotes for Newquay are fixed once we've measured, and include removing and disposing of old doors where they're being replaced.
Made-to-measure sizes for older openings, vision panels and upgraded hardware are the usual reasons a door sits towards the top of the range.
