Our service in Stretford
We supply and fit certified fire doorsets in Stretford for flats, HMOs, homes, workplaces and public buildings — every rating from FD30 to FD120, quoted door by door after a free measure survey.
Stretford is about 4 miles from Manchester. Wherever your building is in M32, we arrange survey and fitting dates around access and occupancy.
Which rules apply in Stretford?
Because Stretford is in England, the starting point is Approved Document B for the specification and the Fire Safety Order 2005 for ongoing duties. Blocks with a storey above 11 metres also fall under regulation 10 of the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022: communal fire doors checked at least every three months, flat front doors at least every year.
Greater Manchester combines city-centre apartment towers in Manchester and Salford with converted mills, large post-war estates and busy town centres across the boroughs.
