Certified doorsets for Enfield
Fire Rated Doors covers Enfield and the surrounding Greater London area with complete certified doorsets: FD30 and FD30S for flats and corridors, FD60 for compartment walls, steel doors for plant and exits.
Enfield is about 10 miles from London. Wherever your building is in EN2, we arrange survey and fitting dates around access and occupancy.
What the law says in Enfield
Fire doors in Enfield sit under English rules: Approved Document B sets what goes in, the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 covers keeping doors effective in non-domestic premises and shared parts of residential buildings, and the 2022 regulations require regular door checks in residential buildings taller than 11 metres. Higher-risk buildings — 18 metres or seven storeys with two or more homes — also come under the Building Safety Act 2022.
London has the UK's largest concentration of purpose-built flats and high-rise residential blocks, so flat entrance doors, communal corridor doors and regulation 10 checks drive much of the demand.
