Certified doorsets for High Wycombe
In High Wycombe we fit fire doors for freeholders, managing agents, landlords, businesses and homeowners. Each job starts with a free survey in HP11 and ends with a handover pack for your records.
High Wycombe is about 29 miles from Milton Keynes. Wherever your building is in HP11, we arrange survey and fitting dates around access and occupancy.
What the law says in High Wycombe
Because High Wycombe is in England, the starting point is Approved Document B for the specification and the Fire Safety Order 2005 for ongoing duties. Blocks with a storey above 11 metres also fall under regulation 10 of the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022: communal fire doors checked at least every three months, flat front doors at least every year.
Buckinghamshire runs from Milton Keynes' modern estates, offices and warehouses to period market towns with converted commercial buildings.
