Regulations for acoustic fire doors in Staffordshire

Because Burntwood is in England, the starting point is Approved Document B for the specification and the Fire Safety Order 2005 for ongoing duties. Blocks with a storey above 11 metres also fall under regulation 10 of the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022: communal fire doors checked at least every three months, flat front doors at least every year.

What do acoustic fire doors cost in Burntwood?

Expect roughly £1,100–£2,000 per single doorset for acoustic fire doors, fitted, ex VAT. Your Burntwood quote is fixed after survey and itemised door by door.

Each quote covers the certified doorset, standard ironmongery, fitting, removal of the old door and a handover record; anything outside that scope is shown as a separate line before you accept.
