Our Bridlington supply and fit service
We fit timber fire doorsets in paint, laminate and veneer in Bridlington and the rest of East Riding of Yorkshire. The process is simple: we survey and measure each opening, propose a certified doorset for it, and give you a fixed price. Fitting is booked once the doorsets are made, usually with no door left out of action overnight.
Bridlington is about 24 miles from Hull. Wherever your building is in YO16, we arrange survey and fitting dates around access and occupancy.
Regulations for timber fire doors in East Riding of Yorkshire
In Bridlington, as across England, Approved Document B governs new work and the Fire Safety Order 2005 governs existing premises. Note that Approved Document B is removing the BS 476 fire-resistance test references on 2 September 2029, so specifications are moving to EN classifications such as E30 Sa.
