Stairwell fire doors in Bushey: how we work
Fire Rated Doors supplies and fits stairwell fire doors in Bushey, Hertfordshire. Whether it's a single replacement or every door in a block, we start by surveying the openings and end with a handover pack listing each doorset and its certificate reference.
Where possible we combine Bushey surveys with other visits in Hertfordshire, such as Watford and North Watford, which helps keep survey dates flexible.
Which rules apply in Bushey?
Because Bushey is in England, the starting point is Approved Document B for the specification and the Fire Safety Order 2005 for ongoing duties. Blocks with a storey above 11 metres also fall under regulation 10 of the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022: communal fire doors checked at least every three months, flat front doors at least every year.
Guide prices in Bushey
