Stairwell & Escape Route Doors for Seaham buildings
Fire Rated Doors supplies and fits stairwell fire doors in Seaham, County Durham. Whether it's a single replacement or every door in a block, we start by surveying the openings and end with a handover pack listing each doorset and its certificate reference.
Seaham is about 23 miles from Darlington; we cover both, along with Houghton-le-Spring, Sunderland and Peterlee.
What the law says in Seaham
In Seaham, as across England, Approved Document B governs new work and the Fire Safety Order 2005 governs existing premises. Note that Approved Document B is removing the BS 476 fire-resistance test references on 2 September 2029, so specifications are moving to EN classifications such as E30 Sa.
Guide prices in Seaham

We show each door's price separately, so if budget is tight you can phase the work and start with the doors your fire risk assessment prioritises.
