Our Ossett supply and fit service
For landlords, managing agents, businesses and homeowners in Ossett, we provide fire and security rated doorsets with one fixed quote. A free survey comes first, then a door-by-door schedule, then installation to the manufacturer's instructions and a handover pack for your records.
Where possible we combine Ossett surveys with other visits in West Yorkshire, such as Dewsbury and Batley, which helps keep survey dates flexible.
Regulations for security fire doors in West Yorkshire
Fire doors in Ossett sit under English rules: Approved Document B sets what goes in, the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 covers keeping doors effective in non-domestic premises and shared parts of residential buildings, and the 2022 regulations require regular door checks in residential buildings taller than 11 metres. Higher-risk buildings — 18 metres or seven storeys with two or more homes — also come under the Building Safety Act 2022.
Guide prices in Ossett
Our guide for security fire doors is £1,600–£3,500 per single doorset fitted, ex VAT. Quotes for Ossett are fixed once we've measured, and include removing and disposing of old doors where they're being replaced.
Made-to-measure sizes for older openings, vision panels and upgraded hardware are the usual reasons a door sits towards the top of the range.

Every doorset is listed in your handover pack with the manufacturer's certificate reference, plus an installation record and photos.
Is the survey in Ossett free?
Yes. We measure and schedule your doors at no cost and send a fixed, itemised quote.
