Cost of security fire doors in County Tyrone
Our guide price for security fire doors in County Tyrone is £1,600 to £3,500 per single doorset including fitting, ex VAT. Non-standard sizes, veneers, vision panels and access control push towards the top of the range.
The biggest price drivers are leaf size, glazing, finish and ironmongery; upper floors without lifts and restricted parking can also affect fitting cost.

Common questions in County Tyrone
Which rules apply in County Tyrone?
Doors are specified to Technical Booklet E (Northern Ireland) and your fire risk assessment or fire strategy. We confirm the rating of each door at survey.
How quickly can you survey in County Tyrone?
We arrange surveys around your access needs and, where possible, combine visits with other work in County Tyrone. Tell us your preferred dates when you enquire.
Can you work around tenants or staff?
Yes. We phase work in occupied buildings and keep escape routes available. Each door is planned to be removed and replaced the same day; if that isn't possible, the opening is made secure and we tell you in advance.
Steel or timber?
Both are available; steel suits the higher LPS 1175 grades.
