School fire doors in Guiseley: how we work
Need school fire doors in Guiseley? We supply and fit complete certified doorsets across West Yorkshire, starting with a free measure survey in and around LS20. Every quote lists each door, its rating and the manufacturer's certificate reference, so you know exactly what is going in before anything is ordered.
Where possible we combine Guiseley surveys with other visits in West Yorkshire, such as Yeadon and Shipley, which helps keep survey dates flexible.
What the law says in Guiseley
Fire doors in Guiseley sit under English rules: Approved Document B sets what goes in, the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 covers keeping doors effective in non-domestic premises and shared parts of residential buildings, and the 2022 regulations require regular door checks in residential buildings taller than 11 metres. Higher-risk buildings — 18 metres or seven storeys with two or more homes — also come under the Building Safety Act 2022.
