Totton is about 4 miles from Southampton; we cover both, along with Southampton, Hythe and Eastleigh.
Regulations for school fire doors in Hampshire
Because Totton is in England, the starting point is Approved Document B for the specification and the Fire Safety Order 2005 for ongoing duties. Blocks with a storey above 11 metres also fall under regulation 10 of the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022: communal fire doors checked at least every three months, flat front doors at least every year.
What do school fire doors cost in Totton?
Expect roughly £1,100–£2,400 per doorset for school fire doors, fitted, ex VAT. Your Totton quote is fixed after survey and itemised door by door.
We show each door's price separately, so if budget is tight you can phase the work and start with the doors your fire risk assessment prioritises.
