School fire doors in Gosport: how we work
For landlords, managing agents, businesses and homeowners in Gosport, we provide fire doors for schools, surgeries and care homes with one fixed quote. A free survey comes first, then a door-by-door schedule, then installation to the manufacturer's instructions and a handover pack for your records.
Our Hampshire coverage includes Gosport and its neighbours Portsmouth, Fareham and Ryde; tell us your postcode and preferred dates and we'll confirm a survey slot.
Fire door rules in Gosport
Because Gosport is in England, the starting point is Approved Document B for the specification and the Fire Safety Order 2005 for ongoing duties. Blocks with a storey above 11 metres also fall under regulation 10 of the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022: communal fire doors checked at least every three months, flat front doors at least every year.
Cost of school fire doors in Hampshire
Expect roughly £1,100–£2,400 per doorset for school fire doors, fitted, ex VAT. Your Gosport quote is fixed after survey and itemised door by door.
Each quote covers the certified doorset, standard ironmongery, fitting, removal of the old door and a handover record; anything outside that scope is shown as a separate line before you accept.
